Abstract: 

Objective: This research aimed to measure the dependence and independence of documents in an Ego-centered citation network to evaluate the quality of scientific outputs in two subject areas "aerospace engineering" and "nuclear technology."Methodology: The present study is applied research and belongs to the category of scientometrics research. In the first step, the required data for creating ego-centric citation networks were extracted and stored from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) through web scraping (automated data extraction from websites) using the Mimfa Scraper (a software for automated data extraction) and the JavaScript programming language. Afterward, algorithm coding was performed in the MiMFa RAVAR DataLab, and the programming language C# was utilized to answer the research question.Findings: The research findings showed that the study conducted by Allison (2016) with 1535 citations is the most cited document in the field of nuclear technology and ranks first in terms of absolute dependence index. In comparison to the number of references in Allison's paper, 80 percent of the alters in Li's research (2018), the second most cited paper in terms of the absolute dependence index (512 citations), cited ego-related references (58 references); however, this percentage is 46 percent in Allison's paper. A study conducted by Shin has obtained the highest absolute independence index (2015 citations) compared to other highly cited articles in the field of nuclear technology. Leppanen's study (2015) ranks first in terms of the relative independence index with a score of 98 percent compared to other highly cited documents in the field of nuclear technology. Ricker (2015), along with 57 co-authors, has the highest number of citations (1542 citations) in aerospace engineering. Among these citations, 647 alters have cited the documents cited by the ego and obtained the highest absolute dependence index score. Wang's research (2020), with 52 citations, is the first paper to rank the relative independence index in the field of aerospace engineering.Conclusion: The results indicate that the level of relative dependence was higher than independence in both subject areas. Moreover, as the number of citations increases, both absolute dependence and independence increase; however, relative dependence decreases. Additionally, in recent years, the absolute dependence and independence indices have lower values than older years. However, the relative dependence index positively correlates with the year of publication. Moreover, the relative independence index positively correlates with the number of citations; its value has increased in recent years and the number of ego sources does not directly correlate with the increase in the dependence index.

Abstract: 

Resistance is one of the fundamental Quranic values in the cause of the development of the Islamic society and the formation of the Islamic civilization, which means standing and resisting against something has upset the balance in internal and external dimensions. The formation of this value in the society as one of the methods of the conventional model of human life in the fields of human life; So that its manifestation can be observed in the totality of social behaviors, it is called the culture of resistance (Problem statement). The purpose of this article is the achievement of the engineering process of this value in a society based on the growth-oriented thought (ideological) system of the Holy Quran (Purpose). Now the question is what process does the Holy Quran propose in order to engineer the culture of resistance in the society? (Question). The necessity of examining this issue is clear considering the emphasis of religious teachings on this value and the need for Islamic societies, especially considering the current conditions of Islam and the need for convergence and coordination between the resistance front (Necessity). The research method in stating the engineering process and its components is qualitative content analysis with an analogy approach (Method). The findings of the research show that the engineering process of resistance culture is based on a self-awareness and purposefulness, according to the idea of Quranic growth, in a three-stage process that leads to the happiness of man and human society (Conclusion).

Abstract: 

nuclear power plants are among infrastructure projects and provide public services that play a vital role for communities in the path of sustainable development. Since building and upgrading nuclear power plants has many technical and financial challenges, it is very important to select and use suitable contract models that can solve the challenges in the construction and operation stages of the mentioned power plants. Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom are looking to build, develop, and upgrade nuclear power plants in their territories, respectively, focusing on the engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and regulated asset base model (RAB) models. Now the question is, which of the existing contract mechanisms in the field of construction and upgrading of nuclear power plants has a better performance? As a hypothesis, the technical complexities and the high cost of building and upgrading nuclear infrastructure projects require the use of appropriate contractual mechanisms such as the regulated asset base (RAB) model that could encourage the capable private sector as well as enable the advancement of several public service projects by the public sector in tandem. However, the paper aims to evaluate the aforementioned contractual models by relying on the descriptive-analytical study method, so as to draw the framework of a suitable contractual mechanism in the field of the aforementioned projects.

Abstract: 

A system was designed using E. coli heat shock promoter (groE) in plastid vector and a hybrid plant/bacteria sigma factor was constructed under control of a tissue specific promoter. This system was designed for overcome to deleterious effects on plant growth and fertility that may be caused by transgene overexpression. So that hybrid sigma factors contained N-terminal motives of tobacco sigma factors including chloroplast signal peptide and RNA polymerase interaction domains, composed by C-terminal motif of E. coli sigma32 that able to recognition and binding to groE promoter. Then this gene, HSig, was cloned in Agrobacterium vector after adding regulatory elements. The result vector was used for transformation of an Iranian variety of tobacco. Detection of transgenic plants was performed by PCR, southern blot and RT-PCR analysis. The Hsig gene expression and its targeting to plastid was confirmed after transformation of tobacco chloroplast using gene gun technique for targeting of green florescent protein (GFP) under control of groE promoter usingpFNGi vector into transgenic HSig explants. We hope that the system that was designed and constructed in this study for GFP expression in chloroplast genome, be able to apply in molecular farmingfor expression of any other desired genes instead of GFPfor specific gene expression in chloroplast.

Abstract: 

The logic of deterrence as one of the solutions and control systems to prevent war has been challenged by the proliferation of tactical nuclear weapons. On the other hand, coercion means trying to influence another's behavior by using force or threat of force. The question that arises is whether tactical nuclear weapons as a means of strategic coercion have brought the international system into the era of nuclear coercion? The main goal of this research is to achieve a theoretical model in the form of a theoretical model in order to analyze the variables and finally understand the important role of tactical nuclear weapons in contemporary international politics. The research method is descriptive and analytical and corresponds to two steps; In the first step, an attempt is made to examine a theoretical model called the state of structural complexity, which is considered a kind of theoretical arrangement by the author, in order to study the cross-sectional state of the international order (after the Cold War until now) and in The second step related to analysis, relationship and correlation between variables should be examined. According to the research hypothesis, statistics and current trends, it can be claimed that tactical nuclear weapons in the conditions of structural complexity and increased probability of strategic surprise among governments as an efficient tool for applying coercion without possibility they are considered mutual assured destruction.IntroductionAfter the end of the Cold War, the international system was placed in a state of structural complexity due to variables such as the unipolar structure of the international system, the development of technology, and the development of the international system. According to these changes in the international system, we are witnessing a change in the control system of nuclear deterrence due to the Proliferation of nuclear weapons. The question that arises is whether tactical nuclear weapons as a tool of strategic coercion have brought the international system into the era of nuclear coercion? According to the hypothesis of this research, it can be claimed that tactical nuclear weapons in the conditions of structural complexity and increased probability of strategic surprise among governments are considered as an efficient tool to apply coercion without the possibility of mutual assured destruction.

Abstract: 

Background: The study of the molecular dynamics of proteins based on internal motions is crucial for understanding the mechanism of protein function. Internal movements of proteins play an important role in both protein folding processes and the mechanism of action of enzyme. Knowledge about these movements will help us in understanding these processes correctly. Osmolites are small organic molecules which are utilized by the cells of all organisms, except hallobacteria. Osmolites are produced under extreme stressful conditions in order to help in stabilizing macro-molecules and retaining their biological function. They interact directly with macromolecules, but they exert their effect only when the characteristics or conditions of the solvent present around the cell change. Therefore, their presence affects the stability of the protein indirectly.Materials and Methods: In this work we studied the effect (s) of the osmolite Sorbitol on the dynamics of Hen Egg White Lysozyme, and through our study we used NMR Hydrogen-Deuterium Exchange to characterize the effect (s). We performed spectrometery in two different conditions, in the absence and presence of sorbitol. The extent of peptide hydrogen exchange was assigned as a function time and in a decreasing manner in the intensity of the peak corresponding to amino acids. The resulting TOCSY spectra were assigned using SPARKY software, as well as we integrated the peaks using this software.Results: The speed of hydrogen exchange, hydrogen atoms of the peptide bond, will give us information about the local structural oscillations where the exchange is taking place. The rate of hydrogen exchange varies from one amino acid to another, and the intensity of the peak of these hydrogen decreases as time passes by.Conclusion: We found that the presence of sorbitol causes a decrease in proton exchange rate, and since there is no noticeable chemical shifts in the peaks of the spectra, in the presence or absence of sorbitol, we can conclude that sorbitol did not cause any change in the three dimensional structure. It seems that the decrease in the rate of exchange is a representative of a decrease in the accessible surface area or to strengthening of hydrogen bonds, and sorbitol caused one of these two possibilities.

Abstract: 

Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT or cloning) returns a differentiated cell to a totipotent status; a process termed nuclear reprogramming. Reproductive cloning has potential applications in both agriculture and biomedicine, but is limited by low efficiency. To understand the deficiencies of nuclear reprogramming, our research has focused on both candidate genes and global gene expression patterns in cloned bovine embryos/offspring as compared to those generated by conventional reproduction.We also studied the telomere restoration, growth patterns, behavior, reproduction, and milk and meat compositions of cloned animals. Cloned animals that survived beyond the first month of life are generally normal and healthy. We found aberrant expression patterns in both imprinted as well as X-linked genes in term cloned calves. The expression profiles of cloned blastocysts, however, closely resembled those of the naturally fertilized embryos but were considerably different from those of their nuclear donor cells. Our findings suggest that cloned embryos have undergone significant nuclear reprogramming by the blastocyst stage. However, it is possible that during re-differentiation in later development gene expression aberrancies occur. Additionally, small initial nuclear reprogramming errors may be manifested during subsequent development.
